Today was not so great. I almost got injured! I reached for a rebound but I was not able to land properly. I came so close to spraining my ankle!
This has happened to me twice this year. I need to learn how to be careful while still giving my best while playing. I cannot and will not let this put me down!
They say that accidents happen. No matter how ergonomic your shoes are or how much tape you put around those joints, there is just no foolproof way of escaping injuries.
So I researched and learned that a good way to prevent ankle injuries is to improve balance. I gonna try this inverted hamstring stretch and see how it helps.
But for now, I'm resting this ankle first. Recover well and fast, okay?
